Rule#01 Every participating live performer is to prepare 1 to 10 minute of earth theme related mixed video output.
Rule#02 The video is to be uploaded onto your favorite web video sites ,i.e. blip, vimeo, you name it!!
Rule#03 sign on to laptopsRus and upload embedded codes of the video you unloaded.
Rule#04 The tournament online allows one to choose and decide whose clip and how long the clip is to play.
Rule#05 (optional) Make a live performance party, invite your local Vjs and friends. Project and upload more video!
